Data doesnt sync to cloud, after factory reset, band cannot sync to app
Update: Figured out the pairing on iOS, I had to "forget" multiple versions of the same band. Dashboard seems to work now; maybe I tried to sync during maintenance which happens often Saturday evenings.
I just came from the MS store today with an exchanged band2 and while the band was working fine and sync through the phone app, the current data was not able to sync to the cloud. So I did a factory reset and now I cannot pair between the band and the phone. This happened to the last band that I exchanged. The band stopped detecting my heart rate and I did a factory reset and the band could not pair. I dont know whether it is the last update or the iPhone but I am very frustrated this. It was working one week or so ago. I really love the band but now I am unable to use it.
