Horrible software!!!

What a nightmare! The phone and cloud do not sync properly and you cannot reset. Ive unregistered and forgotten device a hundred times but the date is still stuck on my prior watch. Ive reinstalled, forgotten, unregistered and re-registered noting works! Complete dog but the band is the best out there. Sad.
