Screwed by Microsoft

Had my band for 8 months and the seam buy the clasp comes apart I sent in in for repair and get it back in a bag still broke because of excessive damage. I work out 4-6 times a week never had I gotten it wet or dropped it etc. needless to say they did not will not fix it or replace it. I got on the reviews and this has happened to over 130 people in the 1st 6 months. They too received the Excessive damage generic letter. The only excess here is poor quality their inability to stand by their product. Next one is a Garman.
