Microsoft screws its users again

Everything was going fine until the latest update: couldnt sync my phone, then it demanded an update that left both my phone and watch hanging for 3 hours and THEN when I gave up and did a factory reset... The phone will not finish setup on the band! I have reinstalled the app three times and have gone over and over the process. I am now left with a $250 rubber bracelet that does NOTHING! You better expect I will be going to the Microsoft store and not leaving until I get every cent back or the cops pull me out. I got screwed when I bought a windows phone, screwed when I bought a Surface RT tablet, screwed when I bought the first Microsoft band when it died in a year... I give up!
