Updates are the worst

Every time the app wants to update the band, it essentially leaves it useless and I cant pull any information from my band to the app.
Add that to the fact that it doesnt properly update (it wants to spend literally hours on tha saving data from band step which is number 2), I have had to reset factory settings to be able to do anything. Te problem is, now it wont even connect with the band so neither the app nor the band does anything for me at the moment. Updates should not render the device this useless but should improve the experience!
